Ms. O'Neill is a native of Frederick. After attending Washington College on Maryland's eastern shore she traveled widely during the colorful years of the sixties and seventies; living in Washington, Boston, a French provincial village in Quebec and northern Vermont. She returned to Frederick in the 1990s and established "Artist's Palette Restorations" renovating older properties in the inner city. Using whole houses as her canvas, she explored color. A completely self taught artist, Ms. O'Neill now experiments with landscapes; influenced by her travels to England, Ireland and the south of France in the last year. Ms. O'Neill's studio is #4 in the Westside Arts Building above the Westside Cafe.
