John Holly resides in Frederick Maryland. He is the former owner of the Spirit Art Gallery, and has been showing his work for over 19 years. A passionate patron of the arts, he considers himself an intuitive artist and writer. He believes that "...anyone can be creative because creativity comes from the heart and soul."
John has exhibited locally at The Artist Gallery, The Blue Elephant, The Deleplaine Visual Arts Center, Rivers Edge, and The Muse. He has also shown nationally at The New York Outsiders Fair and The Atlanta Folk Arts Fair.
He is currently showing with The WestSide Arts Foundation at 1 West Second Street in Frederick, where he occupies Studio number 5. Several of his pieces are also displayed in the WestSide Cafe at 1A WestSecond Street, and at What If on Patrick Street.
