The WestSide Arts Foundation (WSAF) is a non-profit, comprehensive arts support and service organization. The foundation’s mission is to: provide a cost-effective bridge for donors to the community's needs of integrating arts into the lives and education of the community; serve as a leader, catalyst, and resource for the arts. The foundation makes grants for innovative or creative projects and to programs that are responsive to community needs in the areas of education and cultural affairs.

The arts, as a part of education, leisure and recreation, provide a viable, effective way of bringing forth social consciousness. The foundation serves to provide art and artists a chance to succeed, a chance to experience the expressive, aesthetic and therapeutic elements within ourselves and others through one’s capacity and passion to create.
